Required Reporting
Contributions to this campaign are not tax-deductible. Individual contributions are capped at $5,000 per election, while PACs and affiliated law firms can contribute up to $5,000 and $30,000, respectively, per election. The candidate cannot accept more than $52,500 from all General-Purpose PACs. Corporate and foreign contributions are not accepted. State law mandates disclosure of contributor information for donations of $100.01 or more. This campaign is committed to transparency under the Judicial Campaign Fairness Act in all political advertising. Thank you for your support and adherence to these guidelines.

Please include your occupation and employer information and, if your spouse is a member of a law firm, please provide your spouse’s name and the name of the law firm, if applicable, so we may comply with TEC campaign finance reporting regulations.
